Circa 2008, Arnab left his lucrative corporate job and that was a little “big step” to persue his love of Film Making. In 2010 AKM Communications was born. Well on the contrary “AKM” here is not Arnab Kanti Mishra.

2nd standard- his teacher asked, “what do you want to be?”
The answer was “an Astrophysicist” (Disclaimer: Khagol Vaigyanik, yeah its strange but, inspired by a famous TV program on Doordarshan called ‘Bhramaand’).
15 years later an IITian (Physics) goes back home and lands up looking at his 2nd standard notebooks. interestingly he noticed Comic Strips which he used to draw. Happy Realization Arnab!!!
There onwards, a nature lover, a Philosopher and an observer started telling stories. He loves to write in Hindi (devnagri)
Sarab
Sound / Composer
A friend gave him a call at 2 in the night and asked him if they can Jam right now.
3:00 am cut to studio-There he was playing music with his friend till 8 in the morning. That is Sarabjot.
If Arnab is the Visual of AKMC then Sarab is the Sound of it. He relishes collecting different kinds of musical instruments and the most interesting part is that he loves to play them all. Last time when we counted, there were 25.

His story takes us way back to the glorious era of Vishva-Bharati, Shantiniken. A renowned fine artist (a student of the great Rabindra Nath Tagore) dreamt of his grandson to be a painter. To achieve that dream those tiny hands picked up a painting brush. As the world entered into the digital era his traditional canvas gradually turned into a digital Canvas. A dream comes true Bimbi Da.
Yes, he is a typical rice eating, innocent ‘Bengali Boy’ (read creative) and is lion hearted after 8 pm (not daily). A Tech-savvy, loves colors and writes Bengali Poems (a bizarre combination, isn’t it?)

Here comes the punching bag of the team. A drop out engineer who believed in his left brain. The youngest among all, with a big heart and hence he is responsible for all the mistakes. Honesty is his strength just FYI he runs all the day.

A nature lover who always loved to gaze at stars, starts gazing at a brighter screen when she starts realising that a gazing star won’t give her money. However she somehow managed to link both of her favourite things by transforming one’s energy to another. The one thing that didn’t change is the consistency of her being a night person. There is another consistent entity along with the earlier one, that she is always occupied.
Anindya
Colourist
A tiny high class grenade with an amazing level of concentration. Technology is something which goes in parallel with him. He is always updated and will throw those tiny knowledgeable packets during his rare breaks. These pair of eyes never sleep (at least we haven’t seen him). The only person in the team for whom 24 hours seems to be falling short. This time crunch theory also applies to the quantity of his smile. He has an obsession with software updates and high value RAMs.
